The extension which houses the Snooker Table was built in 1991-1992 and was officially opened on 4th April 1992 by  actress Gwen Taylor









Gwen was born in Crich and is well known for her roles in ITV's 1980's sitcom Duty Free and later as Peggy Armstrong in Heartbeat
